While the market for compatible toner and supplies has increased in volume and importance during that time it has also become very transparent and transformed effectively to a mature and professional but also very competitive global market where distributors know who the manufacturers are and who the resellers are. In anticipation of that development we were and are always disclosing to our distributors the name of the manufacturers and also provide our customer Test-Reports, Material-Safety-Data-Sheets and other important documents with the name of the manufacturer on and are also conducting joint meetings and visits together with the manufacturer.
Our core-competence is in Premium Compatible toner – means compatible toner that meet or even exceed the equivalent OEM toner in terms of image-quality and performance but offer our customers a quite significant cost-saving and way to increase their profit.
Different from original toner (OEM toner) where the quality level is standardized and set by the respective OEM the quality for compatible toner that are produced by all the different aftermarket manufacturers differs very much and are often also not stable which has unfortunately lead to bad experiences and given the aftermarket toner in some cases a bad image. But also OEM patents on
raw-materials, cartridges and other components which are not respected by some aftermarket manufacturers are raising legal questions, create negative publicy and are often reasons companies feel unable to improve their competitiveness with the use of compatible toner and stay with the OEM products.
