By operating from Zürich/Switzerland and closely working with our manufacturing partner in Japan, Hongkong, China, USA and Taiwan we ship from different warehouses and can provide our customers different shipping-options for increased speed, flexibilty and cost-efficiency.

Shipping from our European warehouses

By warehousing at the seaport of Rotterdam/Netherlands we are combining the logistic competence, speed and integrity of our logistic-partner (VABIX) with the personal service and reliability of CROSS Imaging-Supplies. On more than 1000 m² all bulk toner and manufacturer filled finished products are stored here.

In our warehouse in Singen/Germany we are storing on 1000 m² all finished products that are not filled by our manufacturing partner directly. For orders containing toner from both warehouse we are offering a consolidation service that the customer can load the complete order from one location.

Export- and Transit-Documents such as EX1, T1, ATR and others are made out by our warehouses in Rotterdam and Singen and handed over with the goods to the freight-forwarder designated to load the shipment.

Lower product- and freight-cost by drop shipping.

Alternatively we are offering our customers drop-shipping our Premium Compatible toner bulk toner and finished products directly from our manufacturing parntner’s warehouses in Japan, China, Hongkong (bulk toner only), USA (bulk toner and finished products) or Taichung (finished products only) which means a quite significant cost-saving against shipping from our European warehouses if the volume is large enough (ideally 20ft container or more).

We are also offering consolidation services in our own warehouses in Rotterdam/Netherlands, Singen/Germany and Taichung/Taiwan or the preferred warehouses of our customers.

Our warehouses in Rotterdam/Netherlands and Taichung/Taiwan are bonded warehouses where customs clearance can be done in the warehouse. Also in our warehouse in Singen/Germany we do the customs clearance in the warehouse which takes usually less time.

The following production-/logistics-services can be provided:

• Unfilling of bulk toner from 100 kgs drums in to cartons of 20 kgs, 10 kgs or 5 kgs
• Botteling of Monochrome and Color toner
• Customer specific packaging of our finished products
• Customer specific labelling-/marking of our finished products
• Customer specific labelling of our bulk toner
